About The Role
BazarrAI is seeking a Fullstack engineer with expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python to drive the development of scalable web applications and backend services. The role involves building and maintaining high-performing solutions and collaborating with other engineers. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence with leadership skills to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

About You
• 8+ years of professional NodeJs and Javascript experience
• 5+ years of professional experience working with ReactJs
• Extensive work experience building restful api with Node
• Hands on experience working with React Hooks, Redux and Context API
• Experience designing and managing complex data model in mongoDB
• Experience optimizing load and performance of both frontend and backend applications
• Hands on experience deploying to aws EC2 instance
• Hands on experience building modern responsive frontend applications
• Experience writing tests(unit, integration, end-to-end) for frontend end codebase
• Hands on experience designing, building,deploying and maintaining microservice application
• Strong expertise in database design and managementing and experience working with SQL, PostgresQL and or MongoDB
• Expertise deploying, securing, and scaling application in hyper scaler like AWS, GCP and or AZure
• Proficiency building, and maintaining CI/CD pipeline using tools like Github action, jenkins or circleCI

Nice to have
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with security best practices including OAuth, encryption and secure coding and deployment

What the job involves
• Lead the development of web applications and backend services using ReactJS, NodeJS, and Python, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design, implement, and maintain core technology infrastructure, focusing on microservices and serverless architectures where applicable.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across the full stack.
• Drive the integration of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and third-party services into the platform.
• Oversee DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment on cloud platforms like GCP. Experiences with other cloud platforms will be considered.
• Optimize database structures and queries for SQL and NoSQL databases to enhance data integrity and application performance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, evaluating their relevance and potential to improve the platform.
• Facilitate Agile workflows, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to align development efforts with business objectives.
