Process Apple Emails in Bulk with Claude AI

I was recently tasked with finding a new accountant, and as you might know from my posts, I’m the kind of person who likes to work hard to make life easier — especially for tasks I don’t enjoy, like sorting through resumes.

There are hundreds of AI tools for screening and recruiting, but I decided not to use any of them. Instead, I leveraged AI with pure Apple Mail and Claude Chat — no extra tools or anything else.

The instructions I’ll describe can basically be used to handle any large group of email-based tasks you want. Whether it’s screening candidates, filtering newsletters, searching subscriptions for an apartment, or even managing support tickets — the possibilities are endless with AI.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select the batch of emails you want to process in bulk using AI.

1. Open the print menu item.

1. Save it as a PDF.

And that’s almost it!

1. Open Claude Chatbot and attach the PDF file, along with any additional instructions you want to include. In my example, I requested a summary of information like years of experience, hourly rate, and so on.
