Hi,
I had a problem with my Tolino that it kept beeing stuck in the Reboot mode and even iv I tryed to launch it, it came back there.
So i found this video:

you can do it like in the video it worked well.
The only thing you have to do is to reset the SD-Card fully.
How? :
Press Win + R
and type diskmgmt.msc
in the opened window you want to delete all the parts of the SD-Card so that it is just one Memory (ATTENTION! Dont delet your windows parts)
(I can´t explain it better look up a toutorial if you need help)
after you formatted and cleand your SD you can do as in the Video.
For me it worked perfectly fine
