Optimizing manure application by knowing the right dose, time and location. When you combine data about soil, weather and plant status you could train a model that achieves better nutrient uptake with less wasting to the environment.
AI models are already being developed to predict the soil nutrient status with spectroscopy in a quick and cheap way. And there are a lot of other AI models in (organic) agriculture, like using remote sensing etc.
