Lol
This hurts because it hits me in the truth
This week's comiCSS:
Because it is coded with HTML and CSS, updating the text and creating variations is super easyβjust change the text inside a div! Here are some alternatives... of course, Tailwind had to be in one π
OMG the PM one β
PM > Dev or Dev > PM?
Dev > PM π I totally didn't even realize there was the PM > Dev one when I scrolled back up
Hey! Congrats, your meme won from the last week thread.
Memeing is not a competition... But, hey! my drawing is there! πππππ
Yeah, but you post like basically every Monday so I'm glad one of them got to the cover of one Meme Monday.
Exaaaactly!
Algorithms doing a great job, just merging the yin-yang. πΉ
That's why you gotta Internet Explorer Driven Development (ahhh those were some days)
Commenting your code is very important!
Fun thing is that it's probably tucked inside the box when closed, so the message is invisible. I wonder how many people ate their pizza box because of that oversight
My dog has stolen a few pizzas while camping. She didn't notice the comment, just tore the box up until pizza appeared!
Or ate their pizza without opening the box
Heh, I believe you are right π ROFL!
My career summarized in a meme... wow
Many tears make light work... I think that's how it goes?
debugging 101, got it π
Let's kick things off with a terrible AI meme
I'm curious what's debegting mode.
I kinda like this one...
π
why does it has 3 fingers on the left hand!!!
AI-related workplace injury...
ah! That makes sense.
βwritingβ? Haha
Haha. I wonder if my 8 year old will get this joke. For some reason he's weirdly obsessed with pointlessly re-creating android/windows in scratch. And it's certainly not just him. There's loads of people doing this. Kids I assume, although some of them are pretty sophisticated.
Scamming people with fake apps and fake sites is a growth industry, we all gotta start somewhere! ha ha!
I blame Angular 2. Seeing one class per file, with decorators & concepts like dependency injection, made me feel, that it was created by a Java EE developer who moved to front-end & felt nostalgic for his old work.
Don't forget about react(even though I use it, but still)
Use a plugin to get vim key bindings in VS Code
Hey! That middle guy is primeagen! Hey! But he works in Netflix BTW.
Not anymore!
not anymore? Didn't know about that one.
Nice 'Interpretation'. Pun intended.
This was one of my 1st lessons in college:
** Year 1**
Year 2
Year 3
Me looking at work code be like:
π°
the meme fits so well...
Now when I java, I declare absolutely no exceptions in my methods -- all my exceptions are derived from the RuntimeException class. Much less trashing-looking and cleaner.
Yep, that was me about 2 years into my own Java journey! That was about 10 years ago and thanks to the good people at Pfizer I'm much better now thanks!
Cool post
Yet again xkcd could be adapted to any circumstance.
What is programming?
βIf debugging is the process of removing software bugs, then programming must be the process of putting them in.β (Edsger W. Dijkstra)
We all can agree on this one, cause we all wrote code that is full of bugs.
Good memes are essential on Monday
