I always go with Wellfound because I’ve seen many credible startups there.

I’ve explored over 20 websites, but Wellfound is the only place I turn to whenever I need to look for opportunities.

Their discover dashboard is just too great, because you could find all the growing startups at one place.

Haven't got that much results from here, guessing it's based on the fact that I'm from Nigeria

I don't think that's the case. Even I applied to a bunch of positions early in my career and received very few replies. You need a bit of experience because startups are high quality.

If you really believe you're the right fit for the role, reach out to the founder and tell them about your interest. I did that once and they made me eligible directly for the second round.

But I'm not an expert, so I can't say much more. I hope this helps!

One of the job boards worth checking out as well is echojobs.io/, however, they're not FREE but their jobs look quite solid with salary, remote, and skills filters it should be easy to drill down the results but not 100% if it's worth it.

Spammy? TBH I applied for a few jobs there and had nice follow-up each time through their Messages system but otherwise, I haven't noticed anything weird/"spammy" there.

Is it a valid one? Did you find a job through it? The design is a little bit "old-fashioned" but looks like there are some nice recent remote jobs posted there (even 1 day ago)

Not that there's many designers on dev.to, but this is a cool spot to look for design roles that is coming out soon: grids.bio/
