Due to the size of the organization, we can approach everything pragmatically; so no difficult processes, many layers of management or other potential pebbles in our shoes. This is also reflected in the way we find the assignments for our developers. In the end, they decide for themselves which available assignment suits them best.
Because craftsmanship is very important to us, we invest a lot in the personal development. For example everyone has a training budget, including study days, we organize our monthly knowledge sessions and we visit (inter)national conferences very regularly.
