Dear codigger users,
We’re excited to announce that to better listen to you, we’ve added a new Feedback feature to our Notice. This feature will make it easier for you to submit questions, suggestions or feedback to us.
The following are the main features of the Feedback function:
Instant communication: You can submit your feedback directly in the message center and our team will follow up in time.
Clear classification: Feedback is divided into “Feedback”, “Inbox” and “Deleted” three tabs, easy to manage and view.
Unread Alerts: Each TAB displays the number of unread messages to make sure you don’t miss any important replies.
Easy to use: With a simple interface design and clear prompts, you can easily submit feedback.
How to use the Feedback feature:
Log into your codigger account and go to the Message Center.
Click the “Feedback” TAB to start submitting your questions or suggestions.
Describe your question or suggestion in detail in the text input field.
When you’re done, click the “Send” button.
