Execute Powershell using Docker container

Here instead of running PowerShell command into local machine we will run poweshell into docker container and will run PowerShell command inside it.
We can Pull PowerShell image and can run on local machine.
Inside host machine we can have multiple containers and can run at same time.
Like in below case , we have host machine and have 2 containers MY SQL and Poweshell.
In this document we will try to focus on the creation of PowerShell container as per screen below and will run command inside it.
