For the previous version to Demis Hassabis, and this one, according to Google, is at least 50% better.
Previously, access was only through AlphaFold Server, with a limit of 20 requests per day. The code is already on Github, and the weights are available, they promise to approve or reject within 3 working days.
Important: the license is non-commercial and very strict; use by commercial organizations and for commercial purposes is prohibited. It is also prohibited to distribute weights and train your models on AF3 outputs.
It runs on video cards with 16 gigabytes, but with a context length limit of 1280. It is better to use at least A100 with 40 gigabytes. All sorts of A6000 are also suitable in theory, but the authors tested the accuracy of the model only on the H100 and A100.
Do we have anyone who uses AlphaFold at work? How do you like it?
