So, if your GitHub is quiet this year, like mine, remember it doesn’t diminish your worth or capabilities as a software engineer. True impact in our industry isn't always about commits and pull requests—it's about our work's quality, thoughtfulness, and effectiveness. And sometimes, the most meaningful code we write is the code no one else ever sees.
