Many time science is termed climate hoax or climate scam or ""leftist agenda** (and more) by climate deniers, fossil fuel lobbists but also and mainly scared citizens that turn fear of the unknown into anger towards science or activists.
The fact is though that we all live on this beautiful, very real and unique, blue planet (not mars, nor in the metaverse or in videogames), regardless of political affiliations or personal ideas on the topic, facts, scientific consensus and events around the world glue us to what is real.
Are fossil fuels worth this irreversible damange to earth? because this is what it is, let's be clear. If you think otherwise, how do you explain your point of view? do you consider yourself an expert on the field, how can you know better than people studying this all of their lives and having PhDs on this subject?
If you have 10 minutes with a bit of an open mind and a time for a coffe, neil well how a stable climate for last 10K+ years helped humans developed into a stable civilization, start agriculture and farming and settle down to build cities, from hunter-gatherers to "settlers/citizens".
