What do you expect from a job offer?

I would like to see what you expect from a job offer, because it's what we want what modify the rules.

There are tones of different specs that a position can offers to us, specially on IT.

If all people wants flexible scheduling then the best programmers will be hired by companies that offers that, so others will have to equate and that's how the market works!

Also, what do you mean by "flexible hours"?

There are companies that offer 2-3 hour span to enter (and so going out), is that enough for you, or will you prefer more flexibility?
