Sorry for the late post; I've recovered a bit.
I'm always busy with work, and sometimes I have to work overtime simply because I'm constantly interrupted during work. It takes time to get into a state of flow, and if I keep getting interrupted, the cost of context switching is too high. This means I can only use overtime or my personal time to complete my tasks; otherwise, the pressure the next day will be even greater, leading to physical discomfort.
It's easy to talk about in theory, but difficult to put into practice.
