In previous articles, I’ve frequently mentioned physical health, which has actually been a long-standing issue for me. Especially since the outbreak of COVID-19, the inability to engage in outdoor activities for extended periods, combined with not being young anymore, has made it worse.
That period also coincided with my first job hunt in Japan. The large amount of time spent studying and working led to insufficient sleep and immense stress, causing all kinds of physical problems to surface—migraines, back pain, frequent colds, and difficulty concentrating. It felt like every possible disadvantage hit me all at once.
While I’m not sure if I can achieve this within a year, I believe that if someone like me can succeed, then most people should be able to do it too.
