Does being aware mean willing? No.
Being aware means "there is" something that limits perception so that one becomes aware of its existence.
FEELING
When something is being aware, it not only affects perception to become aware of its existence but also influences the dimension of feeling according to the type of existence that is realized.
WILLING
Willing is a drive that likes, desires, needs, or necessitates.
If the willpower is limited to liking, desiring, or needing, then no action has taken place.
WILLPOWER
What distinguishes the four types of willpower (like, desire, need, must) is that the stronger the willpower, the stronger the biological stimulus driving it.
When the drive reaches the level of "must," a certain process (an action) has occurred, no matter how small or large.
In humans, willpower is driven not only by biological urges but also by consideration of a concept that may even influence the future
That is why human will is more extensively developed
INTERDIMENSIONAL FREEDOM
Similarly, human will driven by abstract concepts directs the will not only to develop extensively but also to grow and reach higher hierarchical dimensions.
This is where it is said that human will is free. Free will not just playing within its own domain but liberating to higher dimensions. Why?
FREEDOM. Because freedom affirms a change in hierarchical degrees.
Someone who just likes a drink will not take it. Someone who merely desires or needs it will also not take it unless they are compelled to drink it.
AT THE POINT OF ACTION. Those who act simply because they like it have actually gone through willpower to the degree of compulsion. However, their willpower compels a process for their liking, desire, or need but has not yet reached the point of necessity.
So? Awareness realizes the "existence" that makes one willing to like, desire, or need something, with gradations affirming the degree of urgency, up to the point of necessity, resulting in action.
Being aware does not necessarily mean willing, except for merely realizing existence and feeling a certain presence according to its type.
This means that being aware can also feel the sensation of a presence without the "existence" of something, as long as the awareness is altered by something whose change in awareness closely characterizes the presence of something.
LIBERATING ACTION
When willpower has reached the level of "necessity," causing a certain action according to expectation (the previous drive before reaching the necessity stage), it is an action, a deed that is not necessarily liberating.
A liberating action is when our awareness brings us to aware of something that induces a will driving a liberating action (rejecting an obstacle) that leads to the development of potential growing towards a higher dimension.
INDEPENDENCE OF ACTION. Even if someone’s action is performed by another person, if the individual aware of their potential and desires to grow towards a higher dimension, their hampered willpower already includes reaching the willpower that necessitates liberating action, even if their will is not executed independently.
