Icons are an essential part of modern web design, as they provide a visual representation of an idea or concept simply and concisely. They are often used in navigation menus, buttons, and other interactive elements on a website to help users understand the purpose and function of those elements. In addition, icons can be used to add visual interest and personality to a website, helping to make it more engaging and appealing to users.
There is a wide range of icon libraries available for use in web design, each with its own unique aesthetic and set of icons. These libraries provide a convenient way to access a wide range of scalable vector icons that can be easily customized using CSS code. By using icons from these libraries, you can quickly and easily add visual elements to your website designs, helping to enhance the user experience and make your website more engaging and appealing.

Great addition Jatin. This post was more about the libraries you can use everywhere. I'll publish another post targeting only React.
This is a great article. Thanks for all the resources! I would just suggest that you include a link to each library's homepage for those who want to read up on them further.
Glad you find it useful. Thanks for the good idea. Will add the links soon.
Great post, thanks!
Glad you liked it, Tiago!
Friconix is nice because it allows you to download only the icons you need

Im using Font Awesome all the time
Yup, that's my favourite too. It's awesome indeed!
Without icon examples this article is not 100% useful
I don't really like using icon libraries because they tend to significantly increase your website's bundle size. Instead, I download only the icons that I'd be using in my project.
There are usually some ways to just get the icons you need from the libraries.
