List Capacity Function

myList.size() - Returns the size of the list. TC - O(1)
myList.max_size() - Returns the maximum size. TC - O(1)
myList.clear() - It clears all the value of the list. TC-O(N)
myList.empty() - Return true if the list is empty. TC - O(1)

myList.resize() - Change the size of the list. TC - O(K)
