Next.js is highly optimized for rendering the html quickly so it will be more faster than react. But the real question is though Nextjs is faster why company is still preferring React? Answer to this question lies in the huge community support of React, their large and dynamic libraries are very helpful to almost all types of problems related to the frontend.
