Serial Port Splitter creates many virtual COM ports joined to the required physical COM port. Any application acknowledges virtual serial ports as were common hardware COM ports.
When virtual serial ports are opened by communications applications, information from the physical COM port is shipped to any or all opened virtual COM ports at the same time. And contrariwise, information from every communications application written to a virtual COM port is shipped to the physical COM port.
