In my opinion one of the clearest indicators of whether someone is or will become a good developer is how willing they are to research and experiment on their own. I help people with programming topics pretty often in Discord, and there are some people who always want to have correct code handed to them and are not interested in understanding it or discovering it themselves. In my experience this sort of person does not become better at programming, even over long periods of time. On the other hand, people who ask for clues but not solutions, and who express curiosity and desire to understand, improve much more rapidly.
I as well think it depends on the ability to search and investigate on their own. A lot of people in my university couldn’t solve their problems because they didn’t know how to search on their own.
This is why I think curiosity might be the best trait a programmer can have, without it you are going to have a lot of problems developing your skills.
When he publish a project people can understand it easily by providing an understandable readme & comments in the project & i will be good to make it easier for other developer to test his project
