Hi everyone, I've been compiling a list of interview questions over the years. The goal is to get a general idea of various aspects of the company and the role, such as culture, communication, turnover, etc.
I think it's much easier to get an idea of the people you'll be working with when you ask specific questions that they don't necessarily have a preplanned response to. As a bonus, recruiters and interviewers are generally impressed with the thought and effort, and I've had many questions net positive feedback.
This list is geared towards IC level software engineers. Feel free to do whatever you like with it, and I recommend copying the list or forking the repo, so you can customize the questions to what you value. Also, please feel free to share what questions you like to ask!
