What I Built
I created MinuteMate, a smart assistant that takes the hassle out of managing meeting minutes. With MinuteMate, you can upload transcriptions from platforms like Otter.ai or GMeet Premium, or just use the text of your conversations to generate clear and concise meeting summaries. Once the minutes are ready, you can either view them right there on the platform or send them to yourself via email. For added convenience, you can even interact with MinuteMate by email at minutemate.agent.ai@agent.ai.
The idea for MinuteMate came from a simple need: we all attend countless meetings, but capturing and organizing the important takeaways often feels like a chore. This tool is designed to help professionals and teams focus on what really matters—collaborating and making decisions—without worrying about note-taking.

Agent.ai Experience
Building MinuteMate with Agent.ai was an exciting journey. The platform made it easy to bring my idea to life, especially with its powerful tools for creating productivity agents. The low-code/no-code environment allowed me to rapidly prototype and refine features without getting bogged down in complex coding. The seamless integration capabilities helped connect all the tools I needed, saving me valuable time and effort.
Overall, the experience was fantastic. I’m thrilled with how MinuteMate turned out, and I’m looking forward to building more tools with Agent.ai in the future!
