To implement the God Mode icon on your desktop.
"up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A." No, wait. Wrong cheat code. Just follow these two simple steps.

*Now name it: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

Why God Mode?
God Mode is quite handy if you hate trying to navigate through the ever-changing Windows Control Panel a.k.a. Settings menu. God Mode gives you instant access to every control in Windows, including some you will not find in the regular Settings app, Some of these settings are well hidden.
Obviously, there are going to be tons of settings in the God Mode folder you will never use -- probably most of them -- but there are a few that frequently come in handy.
