This year don't just start a new year resolution...

make sure you finish it too!

STEP 1:

Choose an area you want to improve upon the most

  • Health

  • Career

  • Work

  • Relationships

STEP 2:

Write down an action plan

Don't just say I want to improve my health

Instead, write down, I will go for a run 5x per week

STEP 3:

Aim for 21 days first

Do it every day - whatever it takes, don't skip it

Step up and hustle!

STEP 4:

Track your progress

With some app or simple pen and paper

Find a buddy to keep yourself accountable

STEP 5:

Don't stop until you have reached your goal!
