WCAG is basically a set of guidelines which help to build more accessible UIs. It's not only code recommendations, but also content recommendations (e.g., not just when which aria role to use, but also e.g., distinguishing between content and decorative images). In other words, it's not always possible to automate with linters, as it requires a lot of human judgement.

Do you have a link to the most relevant WCAG website? I googled it but don't know which version (2.2 or 3.0) to pick.

I suggest to start from here: w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/.
3.0.is still in draft. 2.2 is the latest recommended version.
