Glad to see someone at least willing to give a sidelong glance at the implications of cohesion/homogeneity.
But the word "Theory" in "Structural Demographic Theory" does not fit, because this does not give much of a basis to make testable predictions. It just explains some history of a couple of megacivilizations.
