Topic: Konnekt Community Discussion
I had attended the discussion held on Excelencia, Taramani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
It was per-discussion meeting for the upcoming KCD(Kubernetes Community Days) event conducted by CNCF.
CNCf -> Cloud Native Computing Foundation.
CNCF was the open-source community and one of the non-profitable organization that particularly focus on their research on the cloud technologies and it was one of the part of LINUX Foundation.
On this CNCF, KCD specifically research about the Kubernetes development & improvements.
In this Konnekt meeting, two speakers explains their knowledge about the Kubernetes technology.
First part, we discussed about the security vulnerabilities and securing ways of the Kubernetes with a partial open-source project called KubeArmor.
A small break for have some snacks & coffee, the coffee was really good, among all the stuffs.
There is lot of chance in the break time to connect with tech peoples, but i couldn't speak to any of those. May be next i will try to connect with them.
Second part, the Controllers & Operators are explained with some use cases. The above KubeArmor is also one of the Operator on the K8.
