I'm kind of confused by your article. ES15 does not include the features you mention. Read the standard and you can see exactly what will be included in it (none of the features you mention are). Also, you should verify in what stage proposals are before stating that it will be added. For example: pattern matching is in stage 1. If you knew this and still believe it will be added, please give the tc39 review process a read.
Maybe you were meaning to give some light to the updated proposals?
AI generated article?
Object.update
- cannot find it anywhereI think it's GPT slop and the """author""" didn't bother do even the most basic fact checking. Really disrespectful to people's time tbh
Yeah might be, thanks for sharing!
The author straight up lying about the features and hiding replies instead of taking the L. Please stop polluting the internet with this auto-generated junk.
I wonder if those positive comments are also auto-generated 😅

I think you named your title wrong. It should be "Features of JavaScript that Everyone Should Know About".
Array.isArray() has been available since 2015; I've certainly been using for a long time.
yeah, I'm also confused. Most of the features you listed are already in JS, maybe JS 12, not sure. I've also used 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 in code a year ago or earlier.
Thank you, I learned a lot of new things!
Welcome!
Love this

This article is completely wrong. These features don't exist in ES2024 or in any other ES version. Probably AI generated crap. Don't waste your time reading it
Thankyou 🙂
