Which CSS Framework Would You Choose for a Large-Scale Application?

Imagine you have a large-scale application with many users, and you want to restructure your codebase and choose a different CSS framework. What would you choose?

What if you have a design system in Figma with specific design guidelines? How do you translate it into CSS variables or adapt it to a CSS framework?

I don't want to desig a system with monthly pay application like figma. But this is just personal opinion. A similar reason I stop using adobe photoshop.

My vote on Tailwind and simple editor.
