The Edge extension, which was the one I installed initially has still some issues. I, therefore, went ahead and installed the Chrome extension and it is working perfectly fine.

Very strange, it seems to be timing out on other environments, let me see if it's cross geo issue with a fix I'm pushing out soon (v1.0.4)
I saw that v1.0.4 is available, I tested and again it is the same stuck on 1of 5.
sorry not being much help here, ive not seen this happen before. is there anything in the developer console that shows any error (dont need the url just the error message)

One question though. I installed the extension, but the tool appears to be stalled showing me a message as "Data Loading.. 11 of 17". I also see couple of red globe icons with the following messages:
1- "My personal development Environment failed, id: cant find" and
2- "Our default environment failed, id: cant find" messages.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
Hi, sounds like the whoami API is playing up, I had it occasionally but it sounds like hitting you a lot. Can you try again to see if improves, I will see if there is a better API to use
I've changed to only using the systemuser table API, seems a lot more stable. Keep an eye out for v1.0.3 , fingers crossed should work better
