Pipfile.lock ファイルから requirements.txt ファイルを生成する方法は以下のコマンドを実行します。
$ pipenv requirements > requirements.txt
開発モジュールを含める場合は --dev オプションも付けます。
$ pipenv requirements --dev > requirements.txt
