Hi, I received questions about how to get a job as a programmer in Germany. Im still studying and dont have a job as a programmer yet, but as I had quite a few job interviews as a lawyer, I thought maybe I share my experiences about these job interviews. These were the most important questions to prepare for:

Why are you the right candidate for us?
What do you expect from yourself/us/the job?
What are your strengths/weaknesses?
What are you proud of, with what are you dissatisfied, what are your successes/failures?
What do you want to have reached in 3/5/10 years?
Why did you choose theses studies/job/activity?
Which areas did you specialize on?
How do you relax/spend your free time?
Which questions do you have for us?
Which work experiences do you have(details)?
Why do you want to quit your old job?
In general it is very important to be honest and not pretending to be someone you are not. Always prepare questions for your future employer(see 11.), I made good experiences with that. Which tips do you want to share for job interviews? Have a nice day!😊
