Welcome back, cloud enthusiasts! Week 3 of the AWS Cloud Path has been an exciting hands-on journey as we took a dive into the AWS Management Console to manage and create foundational resources. Here’s a recap of what we accomplished and a glimpse of what’s coming next.

Week 3 Highlights

This week, we focused on building and managing AWS resources through the console as part of the AWS 101 Workshop. Here’s what we covered:

Understanding the Architecture: We started by breaking down the architecture of the workshop, setting a solid foundation for understanding how all the components interact.
Hands-on Resource Creation:
- Setup Networking (VPC): Configured a Virtual Private Cloud to create an isolated network environment.
- Resource Security (SGs): Defined security groups to control inbound and outbound traffic.
- Access Management (IAM): Set up users and roles with secure permission policies.
- Deploy Compute (EC2): Launched and configured EC2 instances as the compute layer of our architecture.

What’s Next: Week 4 Preview
