Discussion: How to build dynamic workflows for multi-tenant architecture?

Hello Devs.

I'm building a SaaS application for hospitals where there could be multiple clients for us. I need to implement different workflows for all of them which can be triggered in the runtime. What are the different ways to achieve it?

BTW, I'm using MERN stack to build application.
