Did you have development team or were you the sole developer?
How long did it take to build the product and sell it?
What was your life like during that time?

For me its awesome, we built everything from nothing, and there is no space for waste so the same person who writes code, test, deploy, create build pipeline, get EC2 instance up, take care of alarms, its a true DevOps experience, something that here in Brazil large corps just changed the name from Sys Admin to DevOps. The same happened with Agile development where on startups is applied and in large corps was too just a rename on Waterfall.
Lots of likes and no discussion yet. I would give my own experience but I've only worked for middle to large corporations. Any comment is valuable!
Can you give your own meaning of what is a "startup"?
