I've spoken to many PMs, POs, devs and it seems like most organizations don't really abide by strict agile methodologies and everyone hates the tools available to them. I'd love to learn about what is/isn't working for you.
Since dev.to is just me and Ben (for now), we don't have too many processes in place. It's been a sweet combo of Trello, GitHub, & Slack. We don't plan out two week sprints but we do constantly roll out new features and iterate on them. We don't have daily standups but we do slack all day and keep an agenda for our weekly meetings. And we don't have retros but we probably should.
How are your retros organized? At DoSomething.org, where I work, we use 'start, stop, continue' as a way to shape the conversation.
