When problems arise, solve them—make it a habit to stay unemotional.
Posting this late, a rare holiday for me. I had to wake up early to head to the airport, so I was low on energy and even ordered the wrong food. But thankfully, I safely brought my family to the hotel in Tokyo. Then, my phone had some issues. That’s life, isn’t it? We face problems and then we solve them.
In the end, everything was resolved smoothly. But even on a rare and peaceful holiday, it was still full of unexpected events. If this had been me 10 years ago, I probably would’ve panicked and had no idea what to do.
Although my emotions are still somewhat affected, I just focus on solving the problems without overthinking them.
