What does ‘making an impact’ actually mean? What is analysis paralysis? And why making mistakes can be good for you?

It's probably true that "impact" is one of the most popular startup buzzwords, but defining the concrete actions behind it is more challenging. We all know that making an impact is important since it means we matter, we make a difference, we change something for the better. But how do we actually apply this principle in our day-to-day work?
