Today, I organized some previously written frameworks and commonly used commands into scripts for easy storage, so I don’t have to look up parameters every time.
Many frameworks and tools, once deployed, are rarely modified since any changes could impact online services. After running for a while, it becomes clear where improvements can be made. This kind of experience is something AI still struggles with—it’s ultimately just reasoning and aggregation. Unless I explicitly include such insights in my prompt, it’s hard to get accurate feedback from AI.
No matter how busy I am, from now on, I’ll prioritize setting aside 20% of my time for developing automation tools or working on tasks that contribute to long-term positive cycles. Only after that will I move on to the remaining 80% of my work.
