Since I usually finish my tasks in the evening before I can work out, it's often some time after dinner. But after exercising, I get hungry again and have to eat something, otherwise I won’t be able to sleep. At the same time, if I don’t eat before working out, I won’t have enough energy. It feels like I’m stuck in an unhealthy cycle.
Not exercising isn’t an option either, and for now, working out in the morning isn’t very realistic for me. I’ll take it one step at a time.
